You may request deletion of your GT Innovations account and associated app data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request and what information may be removed.

1. How to Request Deletion

To request account or data deletion, email us at support@gtinnovations.app using the same email address connected to your app account, where possible.

2. What to Include

Please include:

  • The app name related to your request
  • The email address used for your account
  • A clear request to delete your account and associated data

3. What May Be Deleted

Depending on the app you use, deletion may include account information, app progress, saved preferences, saved content, user-generated content, and related cloud-stored data connected to your account.

4. What May Be Retained

Some limited records may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, platform compliance, or operational reasons. Any retained data will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 24–48 hours. Completion time may vary depending on the app, account verification, and the type of data involved.
